One of the best homes we have stayed in on the coast. The remodel was gorgeously done, it was well appointed with anything you could possibly need, spotlessly clean, and perfect location. Check in and check out process was seamless and property management was readily available if needed. We look forward to returning soon :)

I appreciated the recent upgrades. The small fenced in area was convenient for letting the dog out. The bathroom remodel looks great and the double shower heads are so luxurious.

Our rental was spotless and the management company was great. So nice to be able to reach a person. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything we could need.
My only complaint is that the two bedrooms in the lowest floor/garage level had a strong mildew odor. For that reason alone I couldn’t have guests sleep there and wouldn’t rent this house again.

  Kathleen, Thank you for notifying us of the issue with the bedrooms on the lower level. This is a new home to us and we have not had this mentioned to us until now. Many beach homes unfortunately battle with moisture issues when they are so close to the ocean and some people are more sensitive than others to the smell so we are sorry that was your experience. We will work to get the moisture issue taken care of.

We had 5 families and our dogs sharing a week at the beach. This house fit our needs very comfortably. We would appreciate a few more food prep knives. Everything was clean and maintained and that’s always a plus. This is a solid quality built house! The views from the deck and dining room are stunning. The cute Manzanita town and beautiful beach is walkable for most. Everyone from 82 to 4 years had a memorable time! Management was friendly and helpful, too!
