  Sunset to Sunset staff are friendly and responsive. My experiences working with them have always been positive. The house is comfortable and welcoming. It is well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including bedding, towels, kitchen appliances and dinnerware, cookware, cooking utensils. The kitchen is modern with a large capacity refrigerator, modern dishwasher and stove and modern sink/faucet. We were expecting a fireplace, but the replacement had been delayed and was not yet installed. We were notified in advance with sincere apologies and received a partial refund.(We expected a not so pleasant looking plywood cover but found a not so bad looking cover). The view is beautiful, the deck is comfortable and there was a brank new gas grill. The house is smaller than we expected, given the photographs and the bathrooms are small but the 5 of us were able to make do. We love Manzanita, the charming and well stocked grocery store and the restaurants and shops. It's a small town with a lot to experience. Our house was within walking distance to town and we love that! I recommend this house for a small group. It is beautifully decorated; obviously with much care taken to be sure that it is comfortable.
