  Home in good condition, well-stocked kitchen, wood fireplace, comfortable and spacious, and within a short stroll to the beach. It is a quiet area--in the direction opposite the ocean and across the street is Nehalem Bay State Park. This was the first time we visited with our dog and greatly appreciated the dog-friendly welcoming touches (sheet for the couch) that made it easy to keep the home clean for the next family. We have stayed here for @20 years; our only wish is that someday the powers-at-be pave the road in front of the house--beware of the potholes!
